Evan Brown – President

Evan started practicing wheel gymnastics in 1995 with the Gamma Phi Circus at Illinois State University
in Normal, Illinois.  He performed in hundreds of exhibitions on the wheel during that time.  Evan
attended international wheel gymnastic training camps in Bergen, Norway; Valencia Spain; and Turku
Finland.  He also competed in the 2001 World Championships held in Liestal, Switzerland. During the
2003 and 2005 World Championships, Evan was the official judge from the USA contingent.  

Evan organized the First USA National Championship in March of 2003, and the Second USA National
Championship in September of 2004. He has also assisted in organizing the fourth(2009), fifth(2010),
and sixth(2011) USA National Championships.  He has assisted in sending many USA athletes to the
2003 and 2005 World Championships, and the 2000, 2002, and 2004 IRV International Training Camps.  
In 2004, Evan organized a youth exchange with wheel gymnasts from Flensburg, Germany.  Since 2000,
Evan has directed and assisted in developing numerous training camps and competitions at many
locations across the USA and Canada.

Evan has a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and a Master's Degree in Sociology and has also been a
full time sociology instructor for several years.  Evan and his wife Lisa (who also competed in wheel
gymnastics) live in the Chicago-metro area.

Wolfgang Bientzle – Director of Operations

Wolfgang Bientzle is the most successful Wheel Gymnastics Acrobat and Coach worldwide.

He has won 8 World Champion Titles, 11 European Champion Titles and more than 60 German
Champion Titles.

As performer, coach and choreographer, he has worked with Cirque du Soleil, Disney and Holiday on
Ice. He has contributed to shows in more than 50 countries and is highly respected among the Monte
Carlo Circus Festival and the World Circus Festival in Moscow.

Thanks to Wolfgang's position as headcoach for the most successful wheel gymnastics club in the world
in Taunusstein, Germany and as headcoach for the German Gymnastic Federation, he has created
athletes in this sport with more than 50 World titles, 40 European titles, and over 250 National titles.
